Orgatec 2024: Work Culture Festival inspires with forward-looking impulses and festival atmosphere
The “Wherever Whenever Work Culture Festival” proved to be a crowd-puller at Orgatec 2024 in Cologne. Over 100 international speakers and personalities, including celebrities such as Sascha Lobo, Ralf Rangnick, Smudo and Yael Meier as a representative of Generation Z, highlighted current trends and challenges in the world of work in panels, live podcasts and keynotes. The topics ranged from team dynamics, generational conflicts and sustainability to AI and productivity, bundled into the three main categories TEAM, IMPACT and LIFE for designing healthy and efficient working environments.
Some areas were explored in greater depth in workshops, such as “Mental health in everyday working life” with psychologist Dr. Eva Elisa Schneider and mental health expert Nora Dietrich. Performances by street artists, dancers, DJs and singers as well as catering from numerous food trucks created an exuberant festival atmosphere. One highlight was the performance by the Cologne carnival band Kasalla on Thursday evening.
The consulting firm LEADING MINDS played a key role in curating the diverse line-up and created valuable perspectives and inspiration for the audience through the mix of knowledge brokers, celebrities and people with impressive stories. The combination of experts, thought leaders and doers promoted dialog about the work culture of the future.
